Minimum Night Stays
Minimum night stays are required from mid-June through Labor Day, selected Weekends, Holidays
and Special Events.
Reservations & Deposits
Reservations will not be guaranteed without a pre-paid deposit.
To guarantee reservations an advance deposit in the amount of one night lodging plus tax is required. Balance of payment is due at check-in. Cash, personal check, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Personal checks used for advance deposit must be received at least two weeks in advance of your scheduled arrival. A $35 administration fee will be charged for returned checks due to recovery expenses incurred.
Reservations guaranteed with a valid credit card are subject to the same terms and conditions as a cash deposit. We reserve the right to process the card number for the deposit amount, and/or any administration fees, as specified in the Room Cancellations and Refund Policies listed below.
In the event of a 'no show', that is you decide not to stay at the Inn and you do not advise the innkeepers of your decision, your credit card will be charged for one nights lodging plus a $35 administration fee and any applicable taxes.
Room Cancellations
Cancellations made within fourteen days or less of your scheduled arrival will result in your deposit being forfeited. However, in the event that we are able to re-book the room for the total number of days reserved for your stay, the deposit will be refunded less a $35 administration fee.
Refund Policy
The reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $35 administration fee, only if notice of cancellation is received and acknowledged by the innkeepers at least fifteen days before your scheduled arrival date.
